Enterprise, self-hosted and other terms

Is Free really free?
Yes. Up to 10 users, no credit card and no trial clock, on our cloud or your servers. Free never bills overage. When you hit a limit, you choose when to upgrade.
Why don’t you charge for AI reads?
Your team already pays for Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor. When those tools read your nest over MCP, it never uses credits, on any plan. Credits only apply when PromptOwl supplies the model.

Do you support single sign-on?
Every plan includes Google sign-in. OIDC single sign-on with Entra ID, Okta or Google Workspace comes with Enterprise.
What about SOC 2 and HIPAA?

Is self-hosting free?
Yes, for up to 10 users. ContextNest Desktop and the CLI are free too. Past 10 users, Self-Hosted is $10 per user each month with a 30-user minimum, unlimited storage and no overage bills. You can try it free for a month.
Do I need my own model keys?
No. Credits cover the models PromptOwl supplies. Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and any MCP client can also read your nest on every plan, and those reads never use credits. Using your own model keys comes with Enterprise.
What happens if I go over my credits?
Free never bills overage. On Hosted you can switch on overage and keep working, from $2.50 per 1,000 credits down to $1.75 as you use more. Overage is off by default. Self-Hosted never bills overage. MCP reads from your own AI tools never use credits.
